    Since the injection molding manufacturers of most Table Mould(FURNITUREMOULD) do not produce plastic masterbatch or color masterbatch themselves, the focus can be placed on production management and raw material inspection. That is to strengthen the inspection of raw materials entering the warehouse. The same product in production should be produced by the same manufacturer, the same brand of masterbatch and masterbatch.

    For masterbatch, we must sample the color before mass production, both of which are the same as the previous proofreading, and in this comparison, if the color difference is not large, it can be considered qualified because the batch color master has a little color difference. The masterbatch can be remixed and then used to reduce the color difference caused by the uneven color mixing of the masterbatch itself. At the same time, we also need to pay attention to the thermal stability of raw resin and masterbatch.

    Poor mixing of the plastic masterbatch with the masterbatch also changes the color of the product. After the masterbatch and the masterbatch are mechanically mixed, when the hopper is fed into the hopper through the lower suction, the masterbatch is separated from the masterbatch due to the action of static electricity, and is easily adsorbed on the wall of the hopper, which is inevitable during the injection molding cycle. It will cause a change in the amount of masterbatch, resulting in chromatic aberration.

    In this case, the raw material can be sucked into the hopper and then manually stirred. For the addition of toner to produce a colored product, the most effective method is to use a hot air dryer to manually prevent chromatic aberration caused by separation of the toner from the master batch using a suction machine.
